Stop latch in boxes relative
 Álvaro Parente scored 39 points in Jarama, holding the ninth position in the overall ranking, after Sunday’s performance at the fourth race of the season of the Superleague Formula.
In the Spanish circuit, FC Porto’s pilot was eighth in the first round and eleventh in the second round, a race that involved a slow pit stop costing him the loss of seven places.
"It was the possible outcome," confided Álvaro Parente at the end of the race in Jarama. "In the first race, eighth place was positive, but the second round could have been better. The pit stop was disastrous. I fell to fifteenth place! However, I still managed to recover some positions."
Parente, holding 157 points and the ninth overall position, also mentioned the impossibility of disputing first place with the current setup of the car, which requires improvements. |
