Four Dragons in Mexican call-up for the World Cup

Layún, Reyes, Herrera and Corona will be representing Mexico in Russia

There are four Dragons called to play for Mexico in the 2018 World Cup, hosted by Russia from June 14 to July 15. Layún, who was loaned in the second half of season 2017/18 to Sevilla, Reyes, Herrera and Corona are in the list of 23 players disclosed by Juan Carlos Osorio.

Mexico is in Group F of the competition, along with Germany, Sweden and South Korea. The first match Mexico will play is against Germany (June 17, 16h00), followed by South Korea (June 23, 16h00), and finally Sweden (June 27, 15h00).
