Álvaro Morais reinforces squad for 2017/18

Forward was on a loan at Óquei de Barcelos in the previous season

Álvaro Morais will reinforce the FC Porto Fidelidade squad for 2017/18. The forward, aged 21, arrived at the main team of the national champions in the summer of 2015, signed from Valongo, but he had already been a part of the youth squads of the blue and whites. In the previous season, he was loaned to Óquei de Barcelos and is now returning to Dragão Caixa, taking the spot left by Vítor Hugo.

In 2016/17, this fantastic taker of set pieces was one of the best in the National Championship, having been the fourth best scorer in the competition, with 33 goals, as many as his now teammate Gonçalo Alves and Carlos Nicolia, from Benfica. In Barcelos, he also won the CERS Cup.
