Since last Friday's match against Tondela, the new Seat Delivery service is available for all the fans at Tribuna Nascente and Boxes (food and merchandising), and also for the fans at the cabins of Bancada Nascente (merchandising only).
Placing Estádio do Dragão as a reference for connected stadiums in Europe and the world, this new service embodies FC Porto’s digital transformation strategy, optimizing the in-stadium conversion and monetization, while also looking to provide the best experience to members and fans.
With the new app, fans can order any food, drinks and merchandising products directly from their seats, at any time during the match. Payment is made via PayPal or with credit or debit card and a fast delivery is assured by dedicated couriers.
This new service triggered an upgrade in food offering, with new products such as natural juices, vegetarian food, wraps, fruit, hamburgers and hot-dogs prepared on demand, and many others which will guarantee the satisfaction of the fans and Seat Delivery app users.
The fans watching the match anywhere else in the stadium can also download the app, available for Android and iOS, and receive a notification when Seat Delivery is fully available at their seats.
Seat Delivery was developed in partnership with 7EGEND, FC Porto’s digital transformation and technology partner, and with Gertal, partner in the food services at Estádio do Dragão.
