​​Brahimi scored and tied the match for Algeria

Winger was in the starting team against Nigeria

Yacine Brahimi scored the goal that gave the tie to Algeria against Nigeria (1-1), in this Friday’s match, counting for matchday six of Group B, in the African qualification to the 2018 World Cup. On minute 88, the blue and white winger scored from a penalty, tying the scoreboard, after the goal scored by John Ogu (84m).

The number 8 for the Dragons was the captain of the verts in the match where he achieved his 40th cap, on the first match for Rabah Madjer, European and World champion for FC Porto, as national coach of Algeria.

Also this Friday, Mexican players Diego Reyes, Miguel Layún, and Héctor Herrera played in the friendly opposing Mexico and Belgium (3-3), held at the King Baodouin Stadium, in Brussels.
