FC Porto is one of the favourites of the second qualification round of the 2017/18 edition of the FIBA Europe Cup, scheduled for October 4 and 11, with the winners qualifying to the group stage of the competition, which the Dragons played in in the last two seasons. The opponent will come from the first round, also played in two legs (September 20 and 27), and only then will the draw for the second round be made; there’s no date yet, but it was already decided to take place in Munich, Germany.
