White and atomic blue in the third kit

FC Porto and New Balance present the third equipment for 2015/16

After presenting the main and the alternative kit, this Thursday it’s time for FC Porto and New Balance to show the third kit the Dragons will be using in season 2015/16. The aim for this kit was a minimalist approach to the colours that characterize FC Porto, with atomic blue on the upper portion of the chest and in the outline of the jersey, as well as the sleeves. The equipment is completed with white shorts, with the side seam in the same shade of blue, and white socks. The goalkeeper will be wearing shades of purple, with white notes on the neck.

As in the previous two versions already disclosed, the third kit has, in key areas, a fabric designed by New Balanced that allows for sweat absorption and better ventilation, making performance more comfortable. The new gear has high performance features (NB Dry system), which keeps the body of the athlete fresh and dry, and also adapts to the shape (NB Flex system), allowing for easier movements, particularly important for goalkeepers.

Richard Wright, General Manager of New Balance Football, stated that the equipment is “beautiful, minimal and sleek” and that it incorporates the most advanced technology New Balance developed: “FC Porto will wear this kit in the biggest European competition, so we wanted to design something that gives them the edge over the most fierce opponents and I believe we have done that, both aesthetically and technically”.

All FC Porto's new kits will be available in FC Porto Stores on July 3.
