“We played a great first-half, and I believe Rio Ave pretty much didn’t have any opportunities in those 45 minutes. In the second-half, we knew things would be more complicated, especially because the match told us this would be a hard, but good match. We took advantage of their depth, we let the central defenders move, and I believe they only shot for goal two or three times. You also need to know how to play like this and our team was very complete in that regard, so congratulations to all.”
