The services provided by the departments of Psychology and Pedagogical are divided in psycho-educational, socio-educational mediation and personalized monitoring.

The tools at the disposal of the students and parents, such as the Digital Booklet, and the interaction between students, coaches, psycho-pedagogical department and parents, allow the monitoring of the student's development in their different aspects. With the participation of the student in the dynamics developed by this department, such as workshops and group dynamics with the team, essential aspects of the development of the child as a student, a player and a community element.
Whenever the department identifies alert situations, these will be monitored through actions to be developed by the parents. Whenever that these situations are not solvable through home strategies or in group activities, the student will be identified to be accompanied, in a personalized way with a psychologist.
