Oskar Pietuszewski
Born in Białystok, close to the Polish-Belarusian border, Oskar Pietuszewski came up through the ranks at Jagiellonia, the local club where he made his first-team debut at just 16 years of age in Amsterdam, against Francesco Farioli's Ajax in the Europa League qualifiers. He played his first minutes in the Polish League in January of the following year, just in time to complete 15 games - five as a starter and ten as a substitute -, scoring one goal and doing one assist. In addition to his individual successes, he also enjoyed collective success with the Super Cup victory over Wisla Krakow in April 2025. Already settled among the seniors at the start of the following season, Oskar Pietuszewski became a starter - a role in which he played 21 of 31 games - contributing with three goals and one assist to help Jagiellonia fight for the lead of the league and standing out for his speed and dribbling ability. Maturity and talent are hallmarks of the young Polish international's career. He was first called up to the U-17 national team at just 15 years of age and was one of the standout players in the qualifying phase for the U-21 European Championship.
