Wilson Manafá reinforces FC Porto. The 24 years old Portuguese-Guinean fullback was signed from Portimonense for four and a half seasons, until June 30, 2023.

The new Dragon did his youth training at Oliveira do Bairro Sport Clube and will now be wearing the number 12. After a decade in the youth squads of the club from the district of Aveiro, Wilson Miguéis Manafá Jancó played for Sporting from 2012 to 2014, playing for the junior and the B team of the Lions. After that, he played for Beira-Mar, Anadia, and Varzim.

Signed by Portimonense in 2016, Wilson Manafá played 79 matches for the team from Algarve throughout the last one and a half season, and was vital to the promotion to the main Portuguese division.

In season 2018/19, the Portuguese-Guinean fullback took the left of the defence in the team led by António Folha. The reinforcement was trained as winger, but can play on either wing of the defence. Wilson Manafá is already under the command of Sérgio Conceição.
