FC Porto Sofarma is aiming at the Final Four of the competition

FC Porto will be facing Saint-Raphael in the quarter-finals of the EHF Cup, following the draw held this Tuesday. The blue and white team will be playing the first leg in France, on April 20 (19h00, mainland Portuguese time), and the second leg will be played at Dragão Caixa on April 27 (18h00).

The team led by Magnus Andersson ended Group C in the lead, with six victories in six matches, after eliminating Potaissa Turda, SKA Minsk and Magdeburg in the qualification stage.

Saint-Raphael beat Maccabi Le Zion in the third qualification round and was second in Group A, behind Fuchse Berlin. The club from the region of Provence-Açpes-Côte dÁzur (the city of Saint-Raphael is located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez) is currently eighth in the French championship.

The Dragons are fighting for the Final Four of the EHF Cup, with THW Kiel already confirmed for it. The draw held this Tuesday also determined the matches opposing Hannover-Burgdorf and Fuchse Berlin, whereas Holstebro will face Tatabanya.
