Blue and white midfielder played the entire match in the victory over Netherlands (1-0), at Estádio do Dragão
This Sunday, the national squad of Portugal won the first edition of the Nations League, after beating Netherlands in the final (1-0), with the match being held at Estádio do Dragão.
Danilo Pereira, blue and white midfielder, was in the starting team in the decisive match of the competition. After being out against Switzerland (3-0), due to ban, Danilo started and played the entire match. Pepe was injured in the previous match and was unavailable for the final.
Gonçalo Guedes scored the goal in the victory over the Dutch team, 60 minutes in.
