1 - The Contest
1.1 The “Pepe 2023” Contest is a competition that will reward, by draw, a person that tags a friend in the launching post of the contest on Instagram and follow the official FC Porto account on Instagram;
1.2 The Contest will be held between 15h00 on November 5 and 12h00 on November 12 2020. The participation must be made through Instagram, on each participant’s account;
1.3 To participate: the users must tag 2 friends on FC Porto’s Instagram post, launching the contest, and follow the official FC Porto’s account on Instagram;
1.4 Participations may be excluded from the competition if they don’t meet the following requirements: The text may not contain derogatory, obscene, sexual, violent, offensive or inappropriate connotations;
1.5 The winner will be chosen by draw.

2 - Who can enter
2.1 To enter, the users must have an Instagram account;
2.2 Directors, employees, service providers, or staff members of Futebol Clube do Porto are excluded from the contest;
2.3 Users may participate multiple times, by submitting different comments on Instagram;
2.4 The participation in the Competition requires full knowledge and acceptance of the rules set in this Regulation.

3 - Winner
3.1 The winner will be notified on November 12 2020, by direct message on Instagram. After being contacted, the winner must reply, until 16h00 on November 12 2020, with the following data:
Full name;
Email address;
Phone;
Address.
The reply with the data must be done through direct message or by email, to [email protected];
3.2 One winner will be chosen;
3.3 If the winner does not reply to the direct message until 16h00 on November 12 2020, the participation will be excluded from the competition;
3.4 The Jury, responsible for the draw, will be composed of marketing directors of Futebol Clube do Porto;

4 - Prize and Attribution
4.1 The prize to the winner is one FC Porto shirt, signed by the player;
4.2 The prize will be sent by mail; 
4.3 The prize cannot be reimbursed or replaced by equal value in cash.

5 - More information
5.1 - This contest is not promoted or run, nor is it associated, in any way, to the company Instagram;
5.2 Futebol Clube do Porto holds the right to, after identifying any violation of the present regulation or any suspicion of fraud, disqualify the participant;
5.3 Futebol Clube do Porto holds the right to change the present regulation, whenever the changes are justified or do not harm the participants;
5.4 Unless fully stated by the participant, the personal data given by the participants will be exclusively used for the purpose of the competition, prize handling, and for communications held after the competition, by Futebol Clube do Porto;
5.5 Comments send for the competition may be used in Futebol Clube do Porto campaigns;
5.6 Additional questions regarding the “Pepe 2023” Contest should be sent to [email protected].

6 - Personal Data protection
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, FC Porto - Serviços Partilhados, S.A., informs that, based on the legitimate interest of the Responsible for the promotion of Futebol Clube do Porto on the official Instagram account:
6.1 The only personal data gathered will be that considered indispensable for the purpose of managing the participation in the competition and any activity related to it, which means, any communication regarding changes or incidents, the identification of the winner, among other, and for the management of the contact and for handing the award to the winner of the competition.
6.2 Data will only be treated in compliance with the purpose for the gathering, and will not be transmitted to third parties, except to fulfil with legal obligations, and will only be stored for the duration of the competition and to fulfil with the applicable legal obligations, being eliminated after that time.
6.3 The Data Subject may also exercise his right to access, rectify, forget, of portability, limitation, information, opposition, by contacting the Data Protection Officer (using the email [email protected] or letter to Via FC Porto, Estádio do Dragão, Entrada Poente, Piso 3, 4350-415, Porto), and, as a last resource, report to the supervisory authority (CNPD).
6.4 The Data Subject is not obliged to provide Personal Data and not providing them will not prevent the participation in the “Pepe 2023” Contest, promoted in the social network Instagram, from November 5 to November 12 2020.
