The Tour FC Porto has the Clean & Safe and Safe Travels certifications. Please, be aware of the rules and recommendations for visitors to the FC Porto Museum and the Dragão Stadium.
The FC Porto Museum is certified with the Clean & Safe (Turismo de Portugal) and Safe Travels (World Travel & Tourism Council) guarantees, providing safe experiences in the Tour FC Porto or events.
Establishing a difference since its inauguration on 28 September, 2013, the FC Porto Museum assembles awards from the Portuguese Museology Association, alongside a presence in the final of the EMYA (European Museum of the Year) and repeated Travellers' Choice Awards on TripAdvisor. It is one of the main attractions of the city of Porto and the Northern Region of Portugal and stands out as an international case study.
It is also the first museum of a football club to become an affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNTWO) and an example of recognized excellence in hospitality.
The Museum reminds all FC Porto Members to benefit from the Ambassador Member campaign, which guarantees the Member who has already visited the Museum a free Tour FC Porto ticket as long as being accompanied by another paying visitor.
Everyone’s safety always comes first when you want to discover the history of FC Porto and the charms of the Dragão Stadium. Therefore, visitors of the FC Porto Museum and the Dragão Stadium must know and comply with the following rules/recommendations:
- Adopt respiratory etiquette measures;
- Wear a sanitary mask;
- Avoid the use of elevators. If an elevator must be used, it should be shared only by members of the same group;
- Payments should be done, preferably, by card or MB Way service;
- Respect the restriction on the number of attendants set by the Museum;
- Wait for clearance from the guides to access the permanent exhibition of the Museum;
- During the visit to the permanent exhibition, wait for clearance from the guides before moving on to a thematic area that may be at the allowed limit of guests;
- Wear gloves when using screens/interactive supports of the Museum;
- When possible, use hand sanitizer;
- Respect the safety distance of 2 (two) metres between visitors that are not part of the same group;
- Do not touch the statues of the Museum;
- Dispose of used masks and gloves in the appropriate disposal bins;
- Access will only be granted to groups up to ten people.
The FC Porto Museum appreciates everyone’s understanding and cooperation and reserves the right to deny access to those who refuse to follow these rules/recommendations.
