After the match, Tecatito Corona assured that the national champions leave Algarve “feeling well”, but the victory should have been by bigger numbers, as the Dragons created “clear situations to score three or four more goals”. Even so, the excellent performance of a team that was “intense, aggressive, solid and compact” remained. “Today, we were worthy of FC Porto and we won with all fairness”, the Mexican star added.

1-0 victory was too short
