1.1 The "Mehdi Taremi FIFA21 Card" Contest is a contest that aims to reward, by lottery, one person who tags two friends in the launch post of the contest on Instagram and follows the official FCPortoeSports and Medhi Taremi's Instagram page.

1.2 The contest runs from 12pm on February 18th until 12pm on February 24th, 2021. Entry submission must be made through each participant's Instagram;

1.3 To participate: users must tag 2 friends in the Instagram post FCPortoeSports related to the contest and follow the official Instagram account of FC Porto eSports and Medhi Taremi;

1.4 Content may be excluded from the contest if the following requirements are not met: the comment should not contain connotations of derogatory, obscene, sexual, violent, insulting or inappropriate nature;

1.5 The winner will be chosen by lottery.

 

2 - Who can participate

2.1 To participate users must have an Instagram account;

2.2 All those who are administrators, employees, service providers or collaborators of Futebol Clube do Porto are excluded from this contest;

2.3 Users can participate multiple times by submitting different comments on Instagram;

2.4 Participation in the contest assumes full knowledge and acceptance without reservation of the rules set out in this regulation.

 

3 - Winner

3.1 The winner will be notified on February 24th, 2021 by direct message on Instagram. After being contacted, the winner must reply by 5pm on February 24th, 2021 with the following details:

Full Name;

E-mail;

Phone;

Address;

The reply with the information should be made via direct message or via e-mail to [email protected];

3.2 One winner will be chosen;

3.3 If the winner does not reply to the message by 5pm on February 24th, 2021, he will be excluded from the contest;

3.4 The jury, who will make the draw, will be composed of elements of the Marketing Department of Futebol Clube do Porto.

 

4 - Prize

4.1 The prize to be awarded to the winner is a FIFA21 Card autographed by Medhi Taremi;

4.2 The prize will be sent by mail. If the winner is from a country outside of the European Union, the postage will be paid by the winner;

4.3 The prize cannot be refunded or replaced by an equivalent value in cash.

 

5 - More information

5.1 This contest is not promoted, administered or associated in any way with the company Instagram;

5.2 Futebol Clube do Porto reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify the participant, after checking for any violation of these regulations or any indication of fraudulent participation;

5.3 Futebol Clube do Porto reserves the right, at its discretion, to change these Regulations, where such changes are justified or do not harm the participants;

5.4 Unless expressly authorized by the participant, the personal data provided by the participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of the contest, delivery of the prize, as well as for communications after the end of the contest, by Futebol Clube do Porto;

5.5 The comments may be used in campaigns of Futebol Clube do Porto;

6- Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (EU) 2016/679, FCPorto - Serviços Partilhados, S.A., informs you that, based on the legitimate interest of the controller in the promotion of Futebol Clube do Porto through its official page on Instagram:

6.1 Only collects personal data essential and indispensable for the purposes of managing the participation in the contest and any activity related to it, i.e. any communications regarding changes or incidents, communication of the quality of winner, among others and for managing the contact and delivery of prizes to the winner of the pastime.

6.2 Your data will only be processed in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected, will not be transmitted to third parties, unless for possible fulfillment of legal obligations and kept only until the completion of the contest and to comply with legal obligations applicable and will be deleted after that date.

6.3 The holder of personal data may also exercise their rights of access, rectification, oblivion, portability, limitation, information, opposition by contacting the Data Protection Officer (by e-mail [email protected] or by mailing Via FC Porto, Estádio do Dragão, Entrada Poente, Piso 3, 4350-415, Porto) and, as a last resort, report to the supervisory authority (CNPD).

6.4 The data subject is not obliged to provide his personal data and if he chooses not to provide them this will prevent participation in the contest "FIFA21 Medhi Taremi Letter", developed through the social network Instagram, to run between February 18th and February 24th, 2021.
