Matheus Uribe doesn’t throw in the towel after the tie in Lisbon (1-1)
FC Porto lost two points in matchday 31 of Liga NOS. This Thursday, in Lisbon, the national champions tie 1-1 against Benfica and had the distance to the first place increase. In the aftermath of the tie at Estádio da Luz (1-1), Matheus Uribe refused to accept the Dragons are out of the fight for the title: “For the work we do and for the club we represent, we always have to believe”.

“We knew we were coming to face a great rival at their home. The team dominated the match, we had the ball for most of the match. They didn’t create any danger at any time, then we took our chances and aimed for the attack. It’s a positive balance, we are going to stay on this path until the end as there are still important matches for us.”
