Francisco Conceição and Mehdi Taremi commented the victory at Famalicão (3-0)
Minutes after contributing with goals to the blue and white victory in Famalicão (3-0), Francisco Conceição and Mehdi Taremi analysed matchday 12 of the championship. The Iranian forward only thanked "for the award" of man of the match, while the U21 Portuguese international winger praised the "merit" of work and the "help of the whole team", before explaining that the essence of FC Porto is not limited to 11 players, but to the entire squad that works daily and that "the evolution" of the team "is being very good".
Mehdi Taremi
“Thank you for the award.”
Francisco Conceição
"I feel this is merit of the work and help of the entire team, as everyone welcomed me again very well. I feel more and more confident, with more minutes played, and I just want to help the team as they help me. The coach asked me to play my game, help the team in the defence and take advantage of the opportunities we had. That’s what my colleagues and I did. The team doesn’t only have 11 players, we’re an entire squad that works daily at Olival to achieve our goals. We knew they were looking for the first goal to get back in the game and were going to leave room on their back. That's what I tried to take advantage of, as did my teammates, and we did it very well. Over time, we are assimilating processes and the evolution is being very good."
