Included in the “Undefeated Heart” campaign
The flame that feeds us is represented in the shirt that FC Porto will wear as an alternative kit in 2024/25.
The Dragon that is found in the crest of the city and of the club serves as a motto for the alternative kit for the new season, where the orange, which represents the flame of the Dragon, is dominant. This flame will feed the hunger for conquests that has guided FC Porto since 1893.
With a vibrant pattern, a modern and bold design, the shirt has a subtle gradient effect, with repeated V-shaped geometric patterns, creating the desired abstract interpretation of Dragon’s fire.
The blue and white details on the sides give it an extra touch to reinforce the connection to the club, also highlighting the symbol applied with New Balance transfer technology.
This equipment is part of the “Undefeated Heart” campaign, for the 2024/25 season. New Balance has used state-of-the-art design technology in all their kits for the 2024/25 season, optimizing drying, absorption and moisture management times. The kits include side panels that add ventilation, double hems and subtle finishes, such as the premium collar, which shows the brand's commitment to innovation and the concern for the comfort of the players on the pitch.
Alan Varela has already tried this alternative kit: “I know that orange is a historic colour in the alternative kits of FC Porto and, therefore, I welcome this return. I like the shirt, but I will enjoy it even more when I’m on the pitch, making it be remembered for great reasons.”
On the New Balance side, General Manager Kenny McCallum said: “It is an honour to bring a new dynamic to the historic collection of kits of this special club, with such a rich history in football. We look forward to seeing players wearing this shirt proudly this season. ”
FC Porto's new alternative kit is now available at FC Porto Stores and FC Porto Online Store.
