A pioneering platform in Portuguese football gathers all relevant information about FC Porto's structuring businesses

FC Porto's Transparency Portal is now available. With all the relevant information about structuring businesses, player transfers and other details related to the institutional life of the Club, it is a digital platform continuously updated, a pioneer in Portuguese football, and the best way to be accountable to FC Porto's members, shareholders and other investors.

The Transparency Portal is divided into seven areas: People and Organization, Players, Contracts and Financial Information, Sustainability, Infrastructures, Documents and Reporting Channels.

In People and Organization, the total number of affiliated fans is broken down, their distribution by categories, the constitution of the Governing Bodies, the honorary titles awarded at the General Meeting, the names that make up the structure, details about the Group's Human Resources and the list of Houses, Organized Groups of Supporters and other organizations recognized by the Club.

The blue and white fans will be able to find all the details regarding the transactions of economic and sporting rights of the athletes in the Players area. Club of origin, acquisition value, agents involved, commissions paid, percentage of the pass and date of termination of the contract will be some of the data available.

Contracts and Financial Information include protocols with external entities, structuring businesses, financial information, budget details, Annual Reports of the Club and PLC, market statements and information related to the issuance of bond loans, debts to the main suppliers and transactions of the directors.

In the Sustainability area, interested parties will have access to FC Porto's Sustainability Report, Environmental Statements of the Stadium and Dragão Arena, the Quality Certificates of the various companies of the Group and, soon, a Manual of Good Practices and an Access Guide for people with disabilities.

The Infrastructures are the place where the Dragons come together and live unforgettable days. In addition to Estádio do Dragão – the amphitheatre of the main team - and Dragão Arena - home of indoor sports and adapted sport - there is also the Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva PortoGaia for football, Estádio de Pedroso and Constitution Park for women and youth teams, the Billiards Academy, the Pool Complex of Campanhã - which includes Espaço Reinaldo Teles for boxing -, Casa do Dragão, the Museum, the FC Porto Stores and the Porto Canal studios.

Among the Documents made available are the Club's symbols, the Statutes and Regulations, the Compliance guidelines and this is also where the results of the Audits carried out in the meantime will be disclosed.

FC Porto now has two Ethics Committees, the new Reporting Channels accessible to the fans. The Ethics Committee of the Club is composed of members to be appointed by the Supervisory and Disciplinary Board, Board of Directors and Superior Council, while the Ethics Committee of sad is formed by a member of the Supervisory Board and another member of the Board of Directors. Both can use the services to ascertain relevant facts reported there. At the end of each year, the two commissions will publish a report with the overall number of cases handled, the nature, status and resolution thereof.

In accordance with the highest international standards of access to information, Futebol Clube do Porto's transparency policy is subject to a process of permanent monitoring, reassessment, audit and review.
