Samu became the fastest player since 1947 to score 10 goals for FC Porto
Samu, who scored the second fastest hat-trick by an FC Porto player in the league at Vila das Aves (14 minutes) and became the player who has needed the least number of matches since 1947 to score 10 goals for the club, was “very happy” after the 5-0 win over AVS and thanked “the team, who played a good game, very hard”, and continues to pursue the main objective: “To be national champions”.
Confronted with the historic milestones, the striker said he was “proud” to break records, assured that he works “very hard” to achieve such productivity and thanked his “teammates”, without whom “it wouldn't be possible” to make such a clear impact in blue and white.
The hat-trick
