Martim Fernandes received “a special award” for being the man of the match in the triumph over Estoril (4-0)

With “a special prize” in his hands, his first League MVP “in the main squad”, Martim Fernandes talked of an “objective reached” after doing two assists in the victory over Estoril (4-0) and guaranteed that he wants to “continue to help the team”.

An important piece in the defence that is now at five games without conceding, the right fullback assured that "the attitude was there before" and what makes the difference is "a little luck": "We always had attitude and commitment, nothing changed".

Asked about a possible call to the national team, the 18-year-old assured that he wants to continue to “dream as big as possible” and is sure that it will happen in the future: “I think I will get there [to the national team]. That's what I want.”
