The number 86 scored the only goal in the victory over Casa Pia (0-1)

As before in Estoril, a moment of genius from Rodrigo Mora resulted in a decisive goal - his seventh of the season - and secured another three points for FC Porto, who now stand at 59 points and back up to third place in the league.

Zé Pedro and Deniz Gül were thrown into the starting team, but the first applauses were for Diogo Costa and Rodrigo Mora. Three minutes in, the captain rose to stop a shot from Miguel Sousa, free from marking, and, five minutes in, the youngest member of the squad performed a genius play that made it 0-1: already inside the area and following a pass from Francisco Moura, the number 86 controlled the ball to evade his first opponent and, just when it looked like he was going to be stopped by José Fonte, he dribbled the central defender by spinning on the ball and placing it in the back of the net at the far post.

Motivated by Mora's magic, the Dragons kept up the intensity and, after a succession of advantages from left to right, João Mário tested goalkeeper Patrick Sequeira's reflexes (10m). The fullback was once again in the spotlight as the first half entered its final stretch, when he tried to get an angle on his left foot to shoot and sent the ball slightly over the bar. A brilliant play by Fábio Vieira on the edge of the area allowed Alan Varela to hit Sequeira's goal from a direct free kick at the start of the second half (53m).

With Samu, Martim Fernandes - who picked up his fifth yellow in the league 78 minutes in and will therefore miss the game against Famalicão - Gonçalo Borges and Otavio on the pitch, the Dragons kept the clean sheet and overtook SC Braga in the table, who will face AFS at home this Sunday.
