Rodrigo Mora was FC Porto's MVP in the victory over Moreirense (3-1), for matchday 32 of the Portuguese league
By beating Moreirense (3-1) at Estádio do Dragão on Friday, for matchday 32 of the Portuguese league, FC Porto returned to victories and once again had Rodrigo Mora as one of their main players. The FC Porto MVP assisted his friend Samu for the last goal of the night and highlighted the team's performance in the second half, which was “completely controlled” by the blue and whites. The Porto derby is next and the young attacking midfielder said he was “already focused on the game against Boavista”.
A fair win
“The most important thing was winning at home. We controlled the game well in the first 30 minutes, but we lost focus in a counter-attack and they took advantage. Then we managed to tie and I think the second half was completely under our control.”
The growing impact on the team
“It never crossed my mind, it's something natural, but it's happening very quickly. I'd like to thank my colleagues and my teammates for helping me through this process.”
Continuously unlocking games
“It's true that sometimes I can bring something to a game, but there are players like Pepê and Fábio Vieira who can do that too. The team also helps us by creating spaces for us.”
The future is at Bessa
“Right now, I'm focused on the game with Boavista, I just want to enjoy the football. I just have to keep working.”
