Paulinho was one of the reinforcements of FC Porto for the second turn of the 2017/18 season. The Brazilian midfielder arrived from Portimonense and gave his contribution to the victory over the national championship, reaching an important personal milestone: won Ledman Liga Pro and Liga NOS in consecutive seasons. 

“For me, it makes me tremendously happy to be part of this group, this season. We ended the season with a feeling of mission accomplished, as we reached our main objective of the season”, the player explained, talking to fcporto.pt.

Paulo Henrique Soares dos Santos arrived in Portugal in 2015, having played for Beira-Mar, Farense and Portimonense before joining FC Porto in January, 2018, on a loan: “This title represents a lot of things, bit just for me, but for everyone. It’s an important milestone careers, in our lives.

“I never imagined I would go to the Museum offer the trophy and write my name in the Honour Book. It’s a dream come true for me”, the Brazilian midfielder, 23, concluded.
