The over 126 years of blue and white history and the charming Estádio do Dragão will be accessible again through FC Porto Tour. The space was prepared in compliance with new sanitary rules and received the certification Clean & Safe from Turismo de Portugal.

The FC Porto Museum reopens to the audience next Monday, June 1, prepared to resume activity in accordance with the rules and recommendations of health authorities, and will be operating under the summer schedule, meaning, it’s open every day, between 10h00 and 19h00. The space, it should be reminded, is also certified with the new Clean & Safe Seal, issued by Turismo de Portugal, another guarantee that visitors have safe experiences waiting for them at the FC Porto Tour and at scheduled events, where all health regulations, vital to fighting the Covid-19 pandemic, will continue to be followed.

Making the difference since the opening, on September 28, 2013, distinguished by the Portuguese Museum Association, finalist of the EMYA awards (European Museum of the Year) and holder of the Travellers’ Choice Award on TripAdvisor, the FC Porto Museum is one of the main attractions of the city of Porto, becoming a case of international study. It is also the first museum of a football club to become an affiliated member of the World Tourism Organization of the United Nations, and an example of renown excellence in terms of hospitality, a value that will not be lost, even if the current rules for health and hygiene force the FC Porto Tour to be adapted, along with, overall, the activity of the entire museum.

With the Museum scheduled to, once again, opening doors starting on Monday, these will be the last days to enjoy a 50% discount in the acquisition of the FC Porto Tour. This campaign was launched under the initiative #TravelTomorrow and ends on Sunday, May 31. But the Museum reminds all FC Porto members that, after the reopening on June 1, they can enjoy the Ambassador Member campaign, which guarantees a free FC Porto Tour ticket to the member that previously visited the Museum, as long as accompanied by a paying visitor.

In a time when the over 126 years of history of FC Porto and the charm of Estádio do Dragão will be, once again, accessible through the Museum, public safety is still the main concern, and, in that sense, there are new rules to be followed by attendants. Thus, visitors must follow these obligations and recommendations:

- Adopt respiratory etiquette measures;
- Wear a sanitary mask;
- Avoid the use of elevators. If an elevator must be used, it should be shared only by members of the same group;
- Payments should be done, preferably, by card or MB Way service;
- Respect the restriction on the number of attendants set by the Museum;
- Wait for clearance from the guides to access the permanent exhibition of the Museum;
During the visit to the permanent exhibition, wait for clearance from the guides before moving on to a themed area that may be at the allowed limit of guests;
- Wear gloves when using screens/interactive supports of the Museum;
- When possible, use hand sanitizer;
- Respect the safety distance of 2 (two) metres between visitors that are not part of the same group;
- Do not touch the statues of the Museum;
- Dispose of used masks and gloves in the trash bins signalled;
- Access will only be granted to groups of up to ten people.

The FC Porto Museum wishes to thank everyone for understanding and cooperating, and reserves the right to deny access to those who refuse to follow these rules/recommendations.
