Danny Namaso talked about the happiness of the team for the victory in Chaves (2-0)

After the final whistle in Chaves, Danny Namaso, the scorer of the two goals in FC Porto’s 2-0 victory in matchday 2 of Group A of the League Cup, was “very happy, especially for the victory” and for being able to “help the team”, something he “always aim at”. After being the man of a match where victory “was the most important”, the forward promised to continue to “work every day to have more opportunities” to “give everything” on the pitch for the Dragons.

The team first
“Yes, I’m very happy, especially for the win. It’s always good to score goals and help the team, and I managed to do that today.”

The will to help FC Porto
“I always have the ambition of scoring goals to help the team.”

Daily work to add minutes in blue and white
“I am working every day to get more opportunities and, whenever I get called to the match, I will try to give everything I have.”

The three points as a key ingredient of the night
“Every match is important and we want to win. The first half was difficult, but, fortunately, the second half was better and we got the victory, which was the most important thing.”
